One of our true favourites at the shop, (well mine anyway) these stunning pink toes go through a few colour changes before reaching a vibrant blue as adults
Though not the biggest Avicularia they are a stunning species. They are silver / blue colour with long pink hairs on the abdomen and legs.
They have a metallic pink carapce and pink stripes running down the legs. Even the spiderlings are blue with turquoise and silver markings.
Unlike Avicularia these tend to be a lot hardier as slings as long as setup correctly (use an arboreal keeper!!) they tend to do very well as slings before becoming striking juveniles with the familiar abdomen patterning.
Setup includes:
- Arboreal Keeper
- Substrate
- Cork Bark
- Waterbowl
