A very unusual semi arboreal Tarantula from Northwestern Peru. In the wild they are found living in arboreal groups and is thought to be an adaptation to the annual flooding’s of the area in which they are found. The spiders coloration is very distinctive, with a bluish /green carapace and legs with a bright pink/red abdomen. They are not hard to keep and they prefer an arboreal set up.
