A beautiful mid sized purple species from Peru. Tapinauchenius never seem to have the popularity of Avicularia or Psalmopoeus presumably due to their smaller size. This is a shame as they are an attractive species not requiring much space, also easy to keep and breed. Spiderlings can be fragile and require humidity and will not last long if kept to dry.
