Nhandu tripeii

A monster Brazilian species of Tarantula that is a beautiful honey orange colour with fuzzy setae.

Whereas they’ll look to burrow when growing, adults max out around 18cm making them very impressive display tarantulas. They are super keen feeders and almost any food will be decimated upon entering the enclosure. Super active, they are usually busy doing something in their enclosures.

Care-wise these are super easy to look after, and should be set up like most south-american terrestrials, although will need a slightly deeper substrate to burrow into as slings/juvi’s.
