Orange Bitey Thing – (Pterinochilus murinus (RCF))
This is the most popular African Tarantula in the hobby and for good reason. They vary from a beautiful bright orange colour to tan with a starburst pattern covering its body.
Feather Leg Baboon – (Stromatopelma calceatum)
A beautiful African arboreal a little similar to H.maculata but larger in size with red markings. Very easy to keep and breed they is very defensive and will bite if disturbed.
Eastern Horned Baboon – (Ceratogyrus darlingi)
In addition to the distinctly slanted protuberance on the carapace, C. darlingi has distinct cream patterning on the ventral abdomen on both pairs of book lungs, a large amount of radial striping on the carapace and a distinctive abdomen pattern. This species is fast growing and shows sexual dimorphism at maturity, especially in the size of the protuberance.
