Very calm and docile species, similar in colouring to a Brachypelma bohemi but very rarely available.
As with most Aphonpelmas they are very slow growing, these specimens are approx 2 years old at 2cm!
Housing and care is very similar to most of their mexican cousins, think standard terrestrial setup, similar to a mexican red knee etc.
