One of the most sought after species of Jumping Spider and for good reason, as youngsters begin with an almost translucent creamy colour, before moulting to orange (as seen in the photos here) before getting their adult colours of dark underside and orange top.
Like Phidippus morpheus are considered to be a smaller growing species of jumper rather than the larger regals or diardi but certainly a great addition for any collectors of Salticidae.
