Another species so recently discovered this is the only picture I can find of one!!!
What we’ve seen here is very typical birdeater behaviour, and although I get the genus being quite vague might throw a few people off there’s nothing complicated about care for this new world beauty. Follow simple NW Terrestrial setup and all should be well.
They are, with most birdeaters great feeders and we’ve found them to be as robust as well. Sharing a fairly quick growth-rate.
Purple striped on the legs, dark purple femurs and a purple carapace… it’s a lot of purple to take in but is another of the super simple but stunning species in the game at the moment.
